Hi, I'm Cathy, Owner, Founder & Lead Clinical Pilates Instructor at Perpetual Motion Pilates. Since 2016, I've been helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and ease through personalized Pilates instruction. My passion is helping clients better understand their bodies, whether they're recovering from injury, managing pain, improving mobility, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more active in everyday life. As a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor with additional certifications in Mat and Equipment Pilates and trigger point therapy through the Roll Model® Method, I combine evidence-based movement principles with a supportive, welcoming approach. At Perpetual Motion Pilates, I believe movement should be thoughtful, fearless, and pain-free. My goal is to create a positive environment where every client feels supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their goals while building strength for life. How to buy a plan as a gift and how the recipient redeems it.

A plan at Perpetual Motion Pilates makes a good present. You buy it, we send the recipient a link, and they claim it in their own name — you never need their login and they never see what you paid.

Browse our plans and packs and open the one you want to give. Look for the option to buy it as a gift.
Tell us who it is for

Their name and email address. We use the address to send them the gift, so double-check it.
Add a message

Optional, but nice. It goes in the email they receive.
Pay

Handled securely by our payment provider, exactly as any other purchase. You get a receipt by email.
We send it

They receive an email from us with the gift and a link to claim it.

How they redeem it

They follow the link in the email. If they already have an account with us they sign in and the plan is added to it. If they don't, they create one first — name, email, password — and the plan lands on the new account. Either way it's active straight away and they can book with it.
